Conditions of Booking:
A deposit of £30 per room per night is required to confirm a booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
A booking is a legally binding contract between us and you.
Should a booking be cancelled more than 48 hours ahead, the deposit only will be retained.
If a booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or not taken up (No Show) and we are unable to re-let the accommodation, then a charge of up to 75% could be made for the unoccupied accommodation.

Our guest rooms were refurbished in January 2009 Rooms are comfortable, airy and generously proportioned with spacious bathrooms.
We now have BROADBAND available in all guest bedrooms
All rooms are ensuite and have bath with shower attachment (except room 7 which has walk in shower only). Terrestrial and satellite TV hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities are provided in all rooms.
