Gig Bar & Terrace

The Gig Bar is a well-known cosy watering hole for locals and tourists wanting a traditional and relaxed pub-like atmosphere. Low-key events are planned year round and include live music every Friday, a popular Sunday quiz night and a jamming session where musicians of all ages are welcome to come along and play.

Our beachside terrace has an enviable position perched on the ocean's edge, offering up the perfect spot for an early morning coffee and cake, a leisurely lunch or late afternoon relaxation with a chilled bottle of wine.  The views are simply breath-taking with a sweeping panorama that takes in the Lizard Peninsula and Mount's Bay toward Penzance, Mousehole and beyond.

Whatever the season, the view offers up an ever dramatic scene from wild and wintery storms to lazy summer evenings.
