Robin and Angela Collyns took over the management of the Godolphin Arms in 2010 and, together with a dedicated team of friendly staff, they have focussed on continually improving the customer experience and our service. Now with a fabulous building and stunning location, they are looking forward to welcoming all our customers, both old and new.
New Head Chef, Siaka Touray, heads up the kitchen bringing the very best of local produce to a wide audience with a newly designed all-day dining menu. Touray trained at the Fifth Floor Café at Harvey Nichols and was later promoted to Head Chef working there for 10 years before leaving to move to Cornwall with his family, earlier this year. The unique location of the Godolphin Arms is the inspiration for Siaka's menu and his intention is to create seasonal dishes that reflect living and working by the sea with some meditteranean influences.
